So last night i went to cross-fit. For the first time. And yeah, I worked out hard, and I almost felt sick. I really enjoyed the dynamics of the group, though, so I'll go back and try it out for a month. I feel better today than I've felt in months. So I think the exercises help with the depression.
My baseline:
500m rowing
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats
Did all of that in 7:54 seconds.
