Day 3

Day 3 without sugar. It's not been that hard, although I find myself wanting something sweet. So- fight through it. My go-to breakfast of an egg mug, a cup of veggies, and a little meat if I have it was delicious this morning, as was my cordon-blu last night for dinner.

I think I'll start leaving Erik little notes on the days I have to leave so early- but I'll have to work them out the night before.
